The Blue-Purple series as a whole is born from colors that make my heart flutter, as well as scenes and situations that captivate me.
It is influenced by the things I experienced during the intense years of my youth in the 1980s and 1990s,
the times I loved, the things I loved,
and the places I was always drawn to.
Those memories and moments have always remained sparkling to me,
and I feel that, without changing, they continue to be a source of my imagination.
They are always where I begin.
Even when I am not drawing,
even when they take a different form,
there is always a Blue-Purple world deep inside me.
It is a place where scenes and memories are inseparably connected to music,
a place that makes my heart flutter.
A place that feels futuristic,
yet always carries a sense of nostalgia.
That world inside me is Blue-Purple.

シーンやシチュエーションから生まれています。
濃い目な青春時代を過ごした
80年代～90年代に影響を受けたものや
好きな時間や好きなものや
いつもいた場所。
それらはずっとキラキラしていて
変わることなく私の想像の源になっている気がします。
いつもそこが出発点。
それは絵を描いていなくても
例えカタチは違っていても
心の奥にはいつも Blue-Purple ワールドがあるのです。
そこは、場面や思い出と音楽が直結して
キュンとなってしまう場所。
近未来だけど常にノスタルジックを感じる場所。
そんな私の中の世界が、Blue-Purple です。
